Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel

You may request cancellation of an unpaid or unprocessed application through your dashboard support ticket, WhatsApp, or email. Include your application ID, payment ID (if any), and registered mobile number.

• Cancel before document verification and filing work starts for a full UPYOGI-fee review.
• Once processing has started, cancellation may be partial or unavailable.
• Government fees already submitted to a department cannot be cancelled by UPYOGI.

Paid Orders

If payment was captured via Razorpay, cancellation follows this policy and the Refund Policy. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method.

Memberships and Home Visits

Agent or WFH membership fees follow the terms shown at purchase. Home-visit bookings cancelled less than 2 hours before the slot may incur a fee.
