UPYOGI SUPER PLATFORM collects information needed to deliver government and business services assistance in Kanpur. This may include personal details, application documents, and technical usage data. UPYOGI is a private facilitation platform, not a government department.

• Contact details including mobile number, email address, and service address.
• Application documents and supporting files uploaded for processing.

Account & Login Information

When you create an account or sign in, we process credentials and account profile data so you can access dashboards, track applications, and manage payments securely.

• Mobile number and/or email used for login and account recovery.

• Role and portal access information (customer, Agent, staff, or admin).

Firebase Authentication

• Authentication tokens and session metadata may be processed by Firebase/Google infrastructure.

Razorpay Payment Processing

Payments for services, memberships, and fees are processed through Razorpay. UPYOGI does not store full card numbers or UPI PINs on its servers.

• Order ID, payment ID, amount, status, and receipt details are stored for reconciliation and invoices.
• Razorpay processes card, UPI, net banking, and wallet payments as a PCI-compliant payment gateway.
• Payment disputes and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
