How Payments Work

UPYOGI collects assistance and service charges for applications, memberships, and related fees. Payments on www.upyogioffices.com are processed by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking, or wallets.

• You see the payable amount at checkout before confirming payment.
• UPYOGI does not store full card numbers or UPI PINs.
• A successful payment generates an order/payment ID for invoices and support.

What You Are Paying For

Displayed prices are UPYOGI facilitation and assistance charges unless a government fee is shown separately. Paying UPYOGI does not mean a government department has approved your application.

No Guaranteed Approval

Payment confirms that UPYOGI can start or continue assistance. Approval, subsidy, licence, or any government benefit is decided only by the concerned authority. UPYOGI does not guarantee outcomes.

Failed or Pending Payments

If a payment fails, no service charge is captured for that attempt. Pending payments may take time to confirm with the bank or UPI app. Check /payments/pending or contact support with the payment ID.
